Drunk boss's car pushed home by employees

Drunk boss's car pushed home by employees
Drunk boss's car pushed home by employees. Ten workers ended up pushing their boss's car home when they were all too drunk to drive. The night began with a meal at a Changchun restaurant in Jilin, China. Realising at the end of the dinner that none of them were sober, the workers decided they could not risk driving for fear of incurring jail time and a heavy fine.

Boss Zhang Fei was uncomfortable with the idea of leaving his car at the restaurant overnight, leading one employee to suggest that the ten workers push the vehicle, with Zhang at the wheel, three miles back to his home.

The journey took 45 minutes to complete, with onlookers watching and taking photos.

The heavy punishment for drink driving was introduced in China on May 1 this year.

Though traffic officers brought up the danger of pushing a car drunk at night, they admitted that no-one could be charged with drink driving as the car's engine was not running.

Would you do this for your boss - I know I wouldn't -
