Celebrity Fragrances

Celebrity Fragrances

Celebrity Fragrances. Famous faces are continually venturing into the world of fragrance, bottling their signature scents to share with admirers. Some are just beginning, with only one perfume, while others, like fashion-forward actress Sarah Jessica Parker, have extended their lovely smelling brands with new additions.
Sarah Jessica Parker – SJP NYC

The Sex and the City star will release her new fragrance in May, just in time for the film's sequel. The fruity, floral scent, which Sarah describes as "fun and whimsy", was inspired by her famous character, Carrie Bradshaw, and her favourite city, New York. Her sixth perfume, it combines wild strawberry and gardenia top notes with creamy musk bottom notes
Halle Berry – Halle

The Oscar-winning actress didn't put her name to a perfume until 2009, though she had been blending her own for years. Her debut – a woody oriental – has top notes of bergamot, fig leaves and pear blossom over a heart of freesia petals and hibiscus flowers. The result invites women "to reveal their inner beauty, sensuality and strength of character," says Halle
Christina Aguilera – Inspire

Designed to celebrate a woman "full of femininity and fun", Christina Aguilera's Inspire, her second fragrance, is a white floral affair. Based on a heart of tuberose flower - one of the singer's favourites – it has fruity citrus and mango top notes which mingle with freesia over base notes of sandalwood and Valencia orange
Kelly Brook - Vivacious

Another lady who has revisited the perfume arena for a second time is Kelly Brook. Her Vivacious fragrance combines delicious notes of raspberry, rose and vanilla for a fresh new scent. "It's fun, sexy, demure and sophisticated," explains the British model. "I like to think I can be those things when I wear it"
Sean Combs – I Am King

Backed by a campaign featuring P Diddy himself surrounded by gadgets, beautiful women and luxurious transportation, this eau de toilette is a masculine fragrance based on a fruity opening of kir royal, crème cassis and champagne over notes of lime pie and cedarwood
Kate Moss – Vintage

The British cover girl's latest perfume, which hit shelves in the autumn of 2009, was designed with the past in mind. Vials of the Twenties and Thirties inspired the bottle, while Kate's love of vintage clothes gave it its name. Described as sophisticated and luxurious, the scent has notes of pink pepper, white freesia and mandarin
Gwen Stefani – L

The stylish singer released L, her debut perfume, in 2007. With the tag line, 'I want you all over me', it combines floral scents with warm, sensual musk. "I wanted this fragrance to be light, fresh and clean," says Gwen. "I want people to say, 'I want to smell like that'"
Britney Spears – Circus Fantasy

Britney Spears is a regular at the top the music charts, and it seems her star power translates to the world of fragrance as well. The pop princess has five perfumes on the market, including her latest, named for her 2008 album, Circus. It includes notes of raspberry and apricot blossom, with a heart of blue peony and water lily that falls over base notes of vanilla wood and violet candy
David and Victoria Beckham – Signature

Following the success of their Intimately Night scents, Becks and his wife extended their collection with Beckham Signature. "You are getting a piece of David and me with this," the former Spice Girl promises. Posh's contribution is defined by candy apple, orchid, vanilla and patchouli, while David's is a woody oriental with mandarin, watermelon and spicy juniper berry notes
Jessica Simpson – Fancy Love

Last year, the pop singer created her second perfume, a celebration of romance that she describes as "always pretty and innocent". It begins with radiant, delicate top notes of peach blossom, bergamot and goij leaf. The floral heart includes lotus blossom, peony, jasmine and rose, while the base notes are creamy amber and musk. "The fragrance has a hint of passion because, after all, a girl has to be a little flirty sometimes," says Jessica
Kylie Minogue – Showtime

In honour of her love of performing, Aussie beauty Kylie Minogue created Showtime, her fourth fragrance. A feminine fruity floral, it brings together notes of wild strawberry, loganberry and blackcurrant over liquorice, praline and vanilla. "It is exuberant, exciting, unique, and sexy of course," explains the star
Usher – VIP

With his fifth scent, R&B singer Usher wants all men to feel like VIPs. "The man that wears this fragrance, hopefully, will go out in the world empowered by what he’s wearing," he says of the cologne, which opens with notes of tangerine, bergamot, kumquat and nutmeg
Jennifer Lopez – My Glow

With her own twins growing up, Jennifer chose to capture the feeling of motherhood in this eau de toilette. Top notes of freesia, water lily and lavender fall over white rose, Casablanca lily and milky sandalwood to create a fresh, feminine fragrance
Beyonce – Heat

A siren on the stage, Grammy winner Beyonce has bottled up her essence in a new eau de parfum. A cocktail of red vanilla orchid, blush peach, honeysuckle nectar, crème de musk, milkwood and amber offers a soft, sensual scent
Mariah Carey – Luscious Pink

The talented singer's sparkling floral affair comes in a pearlescent pink flacon topped with Mariah's signature butterfly icon. Luscious Pink reflects the songstress' soaring vocal range in its use of sparkling bellini and bergamot
Patrick Dempsey - 2

The handsome TV doctor introduced his second cologne in the autumn of 2009. Since the scent was inspired by his real-life marriage, Patrick stars with his wife in the campaign for the spicy, oriental fragrance
Reese Witherspoon – In Bloom

To create her signature fragrance, Oscar winner Reese went back to her childhood roots. "We had a great big magnolia tree in the backyard and it’s that beautiful white blossom that inspired the perfume," she says. In addition to magnolia, Reese elected notes of Georgia peach, tea leaves and cashmere woods
Antonio Banderas – Seduction in Black

After the success of his everyday cologne, Blue Seduction, Antonio upped the sensuality for this new fragrance, his eighth. Fiery masculinity is bottled up with top notes of bergamot and blackcurrant leading into a heart of coriander, cardamom and nutmeg over base notes of cedar, amber and musk

Paris Hilton – Siren

The latest in Paris' popular collection of men's and women's fragrances, Siren comes in a flagon that emulates the body of a mermaid. The socialite evokes a tropical setting with notes of mandarin, water lily and sandalwood
Celine Dion – Chic

Tapping into her glamorous side, Celine mixed notes of watermelon, peony, gardenia, amber and musk for her newest eau de toilette. "I hope all women feel as elegant and feminine as I do when wearing this fragrance," says the talented singer.
